Channel Islands property data, free to reuse

Everything here derives from Statistics Jersey, House Price Statistics, published under the Open Government Licence – Jersey v1.0. That licence permits reuse, including commercially, provided the source is credited — which is why the credit appears on every page rather than in a footer nobody reads.

Guernsey's own statistics on gov.gg carry no stated reuse licence, so we do not republish them directly. The Jersey–Guernsey comparison uses Guernsey figures as republished by Statistics Jersey, which travel under the Jersey licence.

Statistics Jersey revises earlier periods when late Royal Court transactions register. Every page prints the date its data was retrieved, so you can tell whether you are looking at the same vintage we were.
