Our service consists of introducing you to third-party lenders and brokers who are themselves regulated by the Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC) or the relevant authority in their jurisdiction. Any financial product you receive will be subject to the terms and conditions of the lender or broker concerned.

We do not charge you for our introduction service. Lenders may charge arrangement fees, interest, or other charges. You should review all terms carefully before committing to any financial product.

3. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Jersey, Channel Islands. Any dispute arising from your use of this Site or these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Jersey courts.
